Commissioned into the Indian Air Force in 1995 as a Short Service Commissioned Officer in the Administrative Branch, Flt. Lt. Bansal brings a wealth of diversified professional experience. Beyond her distinguished IAF career, she has held several senior full-time management positions, worked as a management consultant, and served as an instructor in management techniques and faculty member for Organizational Behavior, Marketing, and Personality Development. A seasoned corporate trainer, she specializes in experiential learning methodologies to create impactful and engaging workshops. She is a POSH-certified trainer from ISTD and an Internationally Certified Trainer from IFC, a private arm of the World Bank.
